Liang Dongfang,  Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge, UK, Director of Churchill College, President of the Cambridgeshire Branch of the Institution of Civil Engineers, SCI Journal of Hydrodynamics, associate editor of Maritime Engineering, 2012 Matsuqian International Friendship Foundation Fellow, In 2013, he was a Humboldt Fellow for Experienced Researchers and a Marie Curie Fellow in the 7th Framework of the European Union in 2016. He has published more than 200 papers, including more than 100 SCI papers, which have been cited more than 2300 times in the core database of Web of science, with an h-index of 25.
